Come play card and board games, build with blocks, enjoy dramatic play, arts and crafts, games in the gym, and more, all in a school setting supervised by State of Michigan and Saline Area Schools vetted employees.
This one-week, full day workshop will cover general techniques useful for musical theater performance, including the aspects of voice, movement, and acting necessary in effectively performing songs and creating characters in musicals.Students will prepare a series of scenes, songs, and production numbers from popular Broadway musicals, based on an original common theme and storyline, culminating in a final performance for family and friends on Friday, June 20 at 7:00 P.M. in the HS Auditorium.Students should bring snacks, a sack lunch, and a water bottle to class every day and wear clothes and shoes that they can move comfortably in!
