Jishukan Chi is the first class of its kind using the techniques of Jishukan Ryu Jujitsu without the rigors of contact associated with martial arts. Using their own body weight as resistance, students will stretch and strengthen muscles, ligaments and tendons. Using the rhythmic flow that is part of Jishukan Ryu Jujitsu forms, students will improve their core strength, balance, flexibility and concentration. Jishukan Chi allows students ages 16+ to work at their own pace and is ideal for those over 40 who want body maintenance, rehabilitation or stress relief without high intensity workouts.
