Come play card and board games, build with blocks, enjoy dramatic play, arts and crafts, games in the gym, and more, all in a school setting supervised by State of Michigan and Saline Area Schools vetted employees.
Join us this winter learning the basics of girls’ competitive cheer. This clinic is open to girls in 3rd-5th grade and will teach beginner and intermediate cheer skills including stunting, tumbling, precision motions and jumps. Practices will be held in the Middle School Wrestling room 6-7:30pm. Athletes will be taught a competitive cheer routine, that follows the MHSAA rules for Middle School. This is in the style of Middle School competitive cheer in Michigan. We will spend practices learning a precision routine that they will perform at the Saline Competitive Cheer Competition on Saturday, February 8th, 2025. Initial home practice material will be sent out to the email on the registration on November 1, 2024.
All cheer athletes are also invited to attend a competitive cheer competition at Saline High School on Thursday, February 6, 2024 at 6pm. This is a fun way to support our other cheer teams and watch a competition before our performance day.
