  • 2026 Summer Cycling Program

    The PEAC Summer Cycling Program is a 7-week program that supports individuals with and without disabilities in their cycling goals. This may include learning how to ride a 2-wheel bike or safely riding their cycle in the community. PEAC provides all cycles and helmets, however, you are more than welcome to bring your own. We request that all participants wear closed toed shoes to sessions. PLEASE NOTE: While on any PEAC cycle, participants are required to wear a helmet. If this is a challenge for your student, wearing a helmet could be one of their summer goals.     Join Chef Danielle Phelps as we spend a week visiting the baking traditions of Italy, France, Germany and Japan. The campers will learn both yeast dough (a variety of breads, viennoiserie, brioche, German pretzels) and pastry applications (pate a choux, tarts, creme brulee, cookies) from these amazing countries.     Would you like to improve your drawing skills? Learning how to draw using basic fundamentals can set you on a path to drawing better and developing faster. Drawing using basic shapes, you build your subject from the inside out! Create more dynamic illustrations using perspective drawing techniques and shadowing to create depth. This class also explores using different mediums (Pen & Ink, Colored pencils, Watercolor Washes, and Markers) to finish up your illustrations. All supplies are included!     This class teaches basic fundamentals early and can set your child on a path to developing their talent faster. We teach students to see and draw the basic shapes within a subject, then build it from the inside out. Learn how to shadow to create depth, and create more dynamic pictures with perspective drawing. Subject matters range from cartoons to wildlife, even the still-lifes are fun! Parents and caregivers can stay and draw for free, learn something together! Ages 6-11.     Learn to twirl and dance! New students will learn the exciting sport of baton twirling and learn some dance skills that can enhance body movement and control. Experienced twirlers will expand on skills and work on bodywork and flexibility. National level student will train at higher level for upcoming national competition.
