This one-week, full day workshop will cover general techniques useful for musical theater performance, including the aspects of voice, movement, and acting necessary in effectively performing songs and creating characters in musicals.Students will prepare a series of scenes, songs, and production numbers from popular Broadway musicals, based on an original common theme and storyline, culminating in a final performance for family and friends on Friday, June 21, at 7:00 P.M. in the HS Auditorium.Students should bring snacks, a sack lunch, and a water bottle to class every day and wear clothes and shoes that they can move comfortably in!
