While the program is designed for cross country runners, we welcome athletes of all sports. Each day we will work on speed, strength, and endurance, and there will be training groups for all levels of running experience. Saline MS Boys Cross Country Summer ConditioningYouth RecreationThis program is for those interested in running middle school cross country on the boys team. The goal is to build endurance, enhance cross country racing in addition to developing overall strength and speed through uniquely designed workouts. This summer the MS XC conditioning program will run simultaneously with the HS XC program. Workouts will be appropriate for the MS level and will be geared towards building positive running experiences as we prepare for the fall season alongside all our teammates and coaches.
