Sharpen your scoring skills and elevate your game at our Shoot & Save Clinic, designed for field hockey players in grades 5-8th. This high-energy session focuses on improving shooting technique, accuracy, power, and decision-making in the circle. Players will work through a variety of drills, rapidly repeating reps to build confidence and consistency.
