Join us this spring for a fun and welcoming introduction to field hockey in Saline! The Spring Learn & Play program is designed to help young athletes build confidence, develop fundamental skills, and fall in love with the game in a supportive environment. Over five 1-hour sessions, players will learn the basics of field hockey through engaging drills, small-sided games, and team-building activities. Athletes will focus on essential skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, positioning, and teamwork — all while having fun and making new friends.
Whether your child is brand new to field hockey or looking to build on foundational skills, this program is the perfect way to get involved this spring!
