The purpose of the Community Education Basketball League is to provide high school students who are not currently participating in interscholastic sports with an opportunity to play basketball. Although competitive by nature, the basketball league will not only provide an opportunity for organized competition, but it will also provide an opportunity for physical activity for both fun and fitness. The league allows the HS students to take responsibility for their own teams - communication with their teammates and Community Education, etc.
These are student led teams. Teams are created by the students and will register with their team name. If there is an individual that does not have a team - please let Ashlee Howes know via email at howesa@salineschools.org and we can try to help you get set up with a team - if available. This is only if a team has a spot open. This is not guaranteed.
Each individual player must register and pay online!
