Spring Rowing ‘26 for Middle Schoolers All Students 6-8th Grade welcome Our program serves as an introduction to rowing where it teaches students the fundamentals of rowing in a fun, supportive environment while building fitness, confidence, and discipline. Athletes learn the value of teamwork, perseverance, and goal setting — skills that carry far beyond the boat. No experience is necessary; our coaches provide step-by-step instruction for all skill levels. Middle school rowers gain a strong foundation that prepares them for the challenges and rewards of high school rowing and competition.
