Spring Rowing ‘26 for Middle Schoolers All Students 6-8th Grade welcome Our program serves as an introduction to rowing where it teaches students the fundamentals of rowing in a fun, supportive environment while building fitness, confidence, and discipline. Athletes learn the value of teamwork, perseverance, and goal setting — skills that carry far beyond the boat. No experience is necessary; our coaches provide step-by-step instruction for all skill levels. Middle school rowers gain a strong foundation that prepares them for the challenges and rewards of high school rowing and competition. Join us and be part of a growing tradition of excellence, friendship, and fun on the water!

● Week 2: March 23–26 M, T, TH –– SHS Gym or EMU Boathouse 

● No Practice Spring Break: March 30-April 2nd 

● Week 3: April 6-9– M, T, TH – EMU Boathouse 

● Week 4: April 13-16– M, T, TH – EMU Boathouse 

● Week 5: April 20-23– M, T, TH – EMU Boathouse 

● Week 6: April 27- 30– M, T, TH – EMU Boathouse 

● Week 7: May 4-7– M, T, TH – EMU Boathouse

If athlete utilizes carpooling with other families we suggest giving a $50 check to after school driver
