This class is designed to guide families through the digital world—without compromising mental or physical well-being. In today’s hyperconnected world, technology and social media are woven into the fabric of childhood, adolescence, and family life. But without intentional boundaries and shared values, these tools can erode connection, increase anxiety, and disrupt healthy development. This interactive workshop introduces the FIT (Family Intentional Technology) Plan—a practical, values-driven framework designed to help caregivers:
- Understand the impact of screen time, social media, and digital habits on children’s mental health, sleep, and self-esteem
- Create a personalized FIT Plan that aligns with your family’s values, rhythms, and developmental needs
- Set age-appropriate boundaries for devices, apps, and online interactions—without resorting to fear or control
- Foster open communication about tech use, digital citizenship, and emotional safety
- Model healthy tech habits as adults while building trust and accountability with kids and teens
Whether you’re raising toddlers, tweens, or teens, this workshop will equip you with the clarity, confidence, and tools to lead your family through the digital age with intention, empathy, and resilience. Let’s get Calm, (Dis)Connected, and Clear!
