The Saline Leadership Institute (SLI) is excited to launch our 25th program in September 2025. If you are interested in developing your leadership skills, personal development and becoming more involved in the community this is the program for you. SLI is an 8-month program that brings together a diverse group of people to learn and grow together. This is an engaging learning experience where each session builds upon the previous one to create a group of inspired leaders. This comprehensive, advanced training program begins with a two-day retreat and continues once a month through April 2026. The full day workshops are held at various organizations in the Saline area.
REGISTRATION OPENS APRIL 25, 2025 and ENDS AUGUST 25, 2025.
The early bird registration fee of $545 is due by July 31, 2025 and the regular registration fee of $595 is due by August 25, 2025. The deadline to apply for the Leslee Niethammer Scholarship is July 15, 2025.
