Summer 2025

Karma comes to life at these beginner yoga, friendship and craft classes. Each class will feature 30 minutes of yoga, mindfulness and meditation plus 90 minutes of Taylor Swift inspired crafts, dance, and snacks.  If you have a yoga mat, please bring one and a water bottle.
