This class is a specifically designed comprehensiveformat of all Black Belt Requirements. 1st Degree Black Belts through 6th Degree Black Belts will train in a fast paced, dynamic class to increase fast twitch muscles, endurance and agility plus Black Belt syllabus.

THIS CLASS IS MANDATORY FOR ALL CKD STUDENTS- IL DAHN AND ABOVE- WHO ARE SERIOUS ABOUT TESTING FOR THE NEXT DAHN. Instructor: Master Stoddard
