Saline Community Education

This ongoing class is for beginning and intermediate painters. We will learn about materials, color mixing, values and layering. If you’ve had some experience with watercolors, we explore a variety of wet and dry brush techniques through demonstrations and hands-on teaching. Subject matter includes landscapes, wildlife, flowers, etc. Material list is provided below. Paper Fee: $7 (if needed) Instructor: Keith McGuire

**Please note that because this class occurs during the school day in a school building, a driver's license is required for sign in.

1. 2 Watercolor brushes, Rounds #6 and #8, 1 Wash Brush 1” Flat
2. 1 Tray, Butcher Tray (Metal), Plastic with wells or cover, white ceramic plate.
3.Paints: Alizeren Crimson, Ultramarine Blue, Cadmium Red Med., Cadmium Yellow Med., Indigo, Burnt Sienna, Permanent Green Light, Cerulean Blue, Yellow Ochre. Recommended but not required: Thalo Green
