High School Science Skills Sharpener

Summer Booster Sessions -
Summer 2024

This class is intended for students who need extra support entering high school science and/or students who found middle school science to be particularly challenging. Topics include asking scientific questions, designing labs to solve a problem, collecting and analyzing data real data, writing evidence-based conclusions, determining sources of error in experiments and learning the basics of lab safety and equipment. This hands-on, lab based course is a fun and engaging way to introduce students to science expectations at Saline High School. Participants are encouraged to wear clothes that can get dirty. Teacher: Sarah Stukey
