It is based on traditional martial arts philosophy that emphasizes the idea of personal development being paramount, rather than sports competition. Each class incorporates fast action drills that build martial art and life skills. We have incentives for good academic reports as well as good behavior at home and school. Life skills such as healthy eating, fitness, integrity, “stranger danger” and much more are integrated into our age appropriate martial art instruction.
