Choi Kwang Do is a dynamic, innovative approach to martial arts training. It is based on traditional martial arts philosophy that emphasizes the idea of personal development being paramount, rather than sports competition. Classes provide a friendly environment to help students grow in self-discipline and self-confidence. We keep your child moving and motivated. Watch them gain self-confidence as they learn to keep fit and channel aggressive energy. Each class incorporates fast action drills that build martial art and life skills. We have incentives for good academic reports as well as good behavior at home and school. Life skills such as healthy eating, fitness, integrity, “stranger danger” and much more are integrated into our age appropriate martial art instruction.
