Kidokinetics Sportsplay classes offer the widest variety of sports and activities! Sportsplay is a fun introduction to sports designed to help kids get moving and build confidence! Each week features a warm-up, an introduction to a new sport or activity, free play, cool down, and an age-appropriate anatomy and physiology lesson. We love emphasizing that educational aspect at the end with flashcards detailing different bones and muscles we used that day. Students love telling their parents about what they learned!
